Position Summary
- Responsible and accountable for developing sales team
- Achieving aggressive revenue targets
- Implementing R.L. Polk sales processes
- Establish strategic sales relationships with OEM's
- Taking direct responsibility for developing new customer relationships
Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve business plan targets
- Set strategic direction for sales and marketing.
- Implement sales management processes to successfully identify & grow business from potential sales targets.
- Develop the sales team professionalism.
- Leverage global brand within the Chinese automotive sector.
- Understand key issues being faced by sales teams .
- Provide leadership for effective sales presentations and dealing with potential customer objections
- Maintain high level communication with key clients.
- Identify business opportunities.
Relationships/Contacts
Works with sales and production teams, billing and customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong Automotive market knowledge in mainland China.
- Desire to succeed.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven record of leadership capabilities.
- Solution driven, customer oriented.
- Minimum 5 years in sales and management function.
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive field in China.
- Record of achieving sales, profit and return growth, and customer satisfaction goals
- Understand OEM demands, decision processes and Joint venture relations.
Other Requirements
- Frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and other Polk locations.
