Beijing Polk-CATARC collects and interprets data and provides extensive automotive business expertise to help assist our customers with their most important market issues. The Company commenced trading on January 1st, 2002,as a joint venture between R. L. Polk & Co. and the Chinese Automotive Technology and Research Centre (CATARC).
CATARC was established in 1985. It is mainly engaged in standardization and technical regulations, product certification and testing research, quality system certification, information survey and soft-science research, engineering management and design, enterprise management science research, auto high-tech development and application.

Polk & Co. is a privately global company which provides automotive information and marketing solutions to the automotive world and its related industries—automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers and dealers, automotive aftermarket companies, insurance companies, finance companies, media companies, advertising agencies, consulting organizations, government agencies and market research firms.
