Passenger vehicles (Passenger vehicles in this article does not include Van and Pick-up) purchased by credit/loan reached nearly 400,000 units in 2007, accounting for 8.3% of the total 4.7 million PV registrations. The PV finance market has rebounded since 2004 when the credit purchasing rate was at a low point due to frequent dramatic price-cuts in the PV market.
